Xiaomi Mi A2 and Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 Sale at 12 PM Today: Everything You Need to Know

Xiaomi's latest Android One handset, the Xiaomi Mi A2 will be available for purchase at 12 PM today on Amazon India. Unlike the Xiaomi Mi A1, the Mi A2 is an Amazon exclusive smartphone which goes on sale every Thursday. Asus, on the other hand, will be making its mid-range Zenfone Max Pro M1 available for purchase at 12 PM today on Flipkart. Asus will be selling the 6GB RAM variant of the Max Pro M1 in today's sale because the Taiwanese company already made the 3GB and 4GB RAM variants of the Max Pro M1 available via the open sale. The Mi A2 will be available at 12 PM on Mi.com and Amazon, while the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 will be available only via Flipkart.

Xiaomi Mi A2 Specifications and Offers for Today' Sale

Xiaomi will be selling only one variant of the Mi A2 in India and it comes with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage. Oddly, there's no microSD card slot on the Mi A2 for storage expansion. The Mi A2 is the company' second Android One smartphone, meaning it will run a stock version of Android 8.1 Oreo. The Mi A2 is known for its camera prowess and Xiaomi has added its AI tricks inside the camera app.

The Xiaomi Mi A2 rocks a 5.99-inch Full HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio on the front. It's powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset, clubbed with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. The smartphone has a primary 12MP shooter on the rear which comes paired with a 20MP secondary sensor. Frontal, there's a 20MP selfie shooter as well. The device is armed with a 3000mAh battery, and the biggest letdown here is the lack of 3.5mm headphone jack.

For today' sale, Xiaomi has partnered with HDFC bank and offering 5% instant discount for users purchasing the Mi A2 with HDFC bank credit or debit card. The price of the Mi A2 in India is Rs 16,999. Telecom operator Reliance Jio will be providing Rs 2,200 instant cashback via Rs 50 vouchers to MyJio app and up to 4.5TB of additional data on recharges of Rs 198 or Rs 299.

Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 Specifications and Offers

Asus stormed back into the Indian market with the Zenfone Max Pro M1 earlier this year. It's the best value for money smartphone available on the market right now. Asus is selling the device via Flipkart at 12 PM every Thursday. Notably, Asus is selling the 6GB RAM variant of Zenfone Max Pro M1 via flash sales, but the 3GB, 4GB RAM variants are already available via the open sale. The Max Pro M1 6GB RAM variant is priced at Rs 14,999, whereas the 4GB RAM option retails for Rs 12,999 and 3GB RAM option can be purchased for Rs 10,999.

Coming to the specifications, the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 also sports a 5.99-inch Full HD+ display on the front, and it's fuelled by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset. The phone comes in various configurations- 3GB/32GB, 4GB/64GB and 6GB/64GB. Asus has also added a dedicated microSD card slot inside the phone. It also boots stock Android 8.1 Oreo and is backed by a large 5000mAh battery.

The 3GB, 4GB RAM variants of the Max Pro M1 sports a 13MP+5MP cameras on the rear and an 8MP camera on the front, while the 6GB RAM option has 16MP+5MP dual rear cameras and a 16MP shooter on the front.
