Xiaomi has introduced three new and different range of accessories for its Mi 4 and Mi 4i smartphones in India. These three accessories constitute, Wood Back cover (for the Mi 4), Hard Case and a Smart Flip Case (for the Mi 4i).
The wood back cover (in the image above) for the Mi 4 comes in Walnut color. The natural wood grains finish on the back cover, which makes them vivid and somewhat different from one another, as touted by the company. The back cover has a Mi Phone Holder, which enables users to remove the back cover and replace it with the wood back. There is an official video to show the users how to remove the cover.
In addition, there are matte finish polycarbonate hard cases (in the image above) for the Mi 4i, which cover the rear and sides of the device. These polycarbonate covers are available in Turquoise, Black, Blue and Orange colors, but as of now, only Black color is available.
The Smart Flip Case comes in PU leather finish, scratch resistant coating and an easy wake-up feature that automatically locks the smartphone when the case is closed and automatically unlocks the phone as soon the case gets opened. It is available for purchase in Black, White, Blue, Green and Rose colors.
The Xiaomi Mi 4 Wood Back Cover comes for a price of Rs. 649, while the Hard Case and Smart Flip Case for the Mi 4i come for a price of Rs. 299 and Rs. 500 respectively. One can purchase these accessories through Xiaomi Mi India website.
