Let’s now take a look at all the data packs Vi offers as of September 2024. As of this writing, according to the website/app, Vi offers eighteen data packs. Let’s explore them in order from lowest to highest pricing.
The entry-level data pack from Vodafone Idea is priced at Rs 22 and comes bundled with 1GB of data with a validity of 1 day. The pack doesn’t include service validity, meaning you need to have an active base plan to use the pack benefits.
Vi’s newly launched pack in the 1-day validity segment is the Rs 26 pack, which comes bundled with 1.5GB of data and no service validity. The pack expires at midnight and offers no other benefits. – Update on Sep 27.
The next available data pack from Vodafone Idea is the Rs 33 pack, which comes bundled with 2GB of data with a validity of 2 days. The pack doesn’t include service validity, meaning you need to have an active base plan to use the pack benefits.
3. Vi Rs 48 Data Pack – Double Data
The Rs 48 Vi data pack, currently on a double data offer, comes bundled with 6GB of data (3GB + 3GB), with a validity of 3 days. The pack doesn’t include service validity.
4. Vi Rs 49 Data Pack – Cricket Offer
The Rs 49 pack, under the cricket offer, comes bundled with 20GB of data, which expires at 11:59 pm the same day. This 1-day validity pack doesn’t include service validity.
5. Vi Rs 69 Data Pack
The Vi Rs 69 data pack comes bundled with 3GB of data with a validity of 28 days. The pack doesn’t include service validity.

11. Vi Rs 154 Data Pack – ViMTV Lite
The Rs 154 data pack, recently introduced, is the ViMTV Lite pack, which comes bundled with OTTs and Live TV. It includes 2GB of data and OTT subscription benefits with 1-month validity. The Vi Movies and TV Lite pack offers access to 16 OTTs, 350 live TV channels (the app says 350, while the website claims 400), and 2GB of data. Users can watch the content on mobile, and the pack is currently offered at a discounted price.
The top 16 OTTs, valued at Rs 400, provide savings of up to 60 percent on OTT subscriptions, Vi says. These OTTs include Zee5, Sony LIV, Fancode, Atrangi, Klikk, Chaupal, Manoramax MAX, NammaFlix, Playflix, Distro TV, Shemaroo ME, Ullu, Hungama, YuppTV, NexGTv, and Pocket Films.
12. Vi Rs 169 Data Pack – Data + OTT
The Vi Rs 169 data pack, categorised as a Premium Pack, includes both entertainment and data benefits. The pack comes bundled with 8GB of data for 30 days and 3 months of Disney+ Hotstar subscription. This pack offers more data than the Rs 151 data pack.
Vi Rs 175 Data Pack – Data + OTT
Vodafone Idea launches Rs 175 Data Add-on Pack which comes bundled with 10GB data, and over 13 OTT benefits. Users can enjoy 15 OTT Apps, 400 TV Channels in one subscription with Vi Movies and TV Super plan, says Vi. These OTTs include Zee5, Sony LIV, Fancode, Atrangi, Klikk, Chaupal, Manoramax MAX, NammaFlix, Playflix, Distro TV, Shemaroo ME, Hungama, YuppTV, NexGTv, and Pocket Films. The Rs 348 data pack, categorised as “Work from Home Pack,” comes bundled with 50GB of data with a validity of 28 days. There is no mention of service validity, so we can assume that the pack works safely for the said duration.
17. Vi Rs 488 Data Pack – WFH
The Rs 488 data pack, also categorised as “Work from Home Pack,” comes bundled with 100GB of data with a validity of 56 days. There is no mention of service validity, so we can assume that the pack works safely for the said duration.
18. Vi Rs 1189 Data Pack
The highest-priced data pack from Vodafone Idea is the Rs 1189 pack, which comes bundled with 50GB of data with a validity of 365 days. The pack doesn’t include service validity.
Conclusion
In total, there are 18 data packs offered by Vodafone Idea, ranging from Rs 22 to Rs 1189, providing data from 1GB to 100GB. If you’ve exhausted the bundled data from your active base plan and need extra data, you can recharge with any of these packs and continue using Vodafone Idea’s data services. Although Vi used to offer hourly validity data packs, as of this writing, no such packs are available.
