Amdocs, a software and service provider today announced that it has successfully helped Vodafone India to automate its billing operations, which will further enhance the experience to the customers. Furthermore, the company also stated that it's also enabling Vodafone India to roll out new services, offers and service plans for its postpaid and enterprise customers faster than before. Amdocs implemented its Service Monetisation suite at Vodafone India in 2015, and subsequently, in 2016, signed a multi-year services contract to manage and automate operations. The transformation has enabled Vodafone India to reduce the duration of billing cycles and deliver accurate bills to all its postpaid customers faster. This has resulted in a better customer experience and improved revenue realisation. Amdocs services also enabled Vodafone to launch new offers and plans in record time, enabling them to be more agile in responding to market situations.

Vodafone has recently unveiled its new RED range of postpaid plans and the telco, for the first time, also introduced Bill Guarantee section, promising that there won't be any bill shocks to the customers at the end of every month. Amdocs also partnered with Bharti Airtel to improve the customer service and implement AI-based services.
