The website also introduces online registration for subscribing to updates, participating in Open House Discussions, and receiving event notifications. A Chatbot named 'TARA' (Telecom Authority Responsive Advisor) has been introduced to facilitate interactive searches.

Site hosted on NIC Cloud

The website will also host concise regulations with amendments, publish notifications about tenders, and ensure compliance with accessibility standards. The new website is hosted on NIC Cloud. The old site will remain active for three months as both platforms run concurrently.

"These new features aim to enhance transparency, accessibility, and public engagement of TRAI's regulatory initiatives in telecom and broadcasting sector," the Ministry of Communications concluded.
