Earlier, TATA DOCOMO had started charging roaming rates between Kolkata & Rest of West Bengal and between UP East & UP West.
Now they are introducing roaming rates between Mumbai & Maharashtra.
All local calls in Roaming to be charged at 80 paisa/min while STD outgoing calls at Rs 1.15 /min. Local SMS will be charged at 25 p & National SMS at 38 p.
They've confirmed this change on twitter in a reply to our query. They also added that these charges are as per TRAI norms and that they're charging less than other operators.
