Don’t buy this device. After using just 2 days, it stopped working. Since then i am trying to contact their customer care no. They are not able to help me about, just making run run round the circles. Listening the same rata rataya lines from their customer care and tech guys have become annoying now.
Don’t fall in their trap. This device is useless and it appears that this device have been put in the market without proper testing. Worst customer support in the world.

Hi Rahul, if in case you get speed less than 500kbps, u can register a complaint at TATA customer care and a JE will visit your place. In case he finds speed less than 500 kbps, he will give you a speed report, which you can again ask customer care for refund. (only in 1st 15 days).

Already one device was in market from ZTE.

Works only both evdo and 3g network and battery inbuilt.
