Samsung has launched its premium line-up of Android tablets in India today. The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 and Galaxy Tab S 10.5 are priced at Rs 37,800 and Rs 44,800 respectively and both of them will go on sale in the country from second week of July.

These tablets are equipped with 2560 x 1600 pixels high-resolution screen, 8MP AF camera and Android 4.4.2 KitKat. The other hardware internals include Exynos 5 Octa 5420 processor (octa-core), 3GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSD card slot and a fingerprint sensor. These tablets have full-blown connectivity options including voice calling, HSDPA, Wi-Fi ac/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA, Bluetooth v4.0, NFC, IR Blaster and microUSB v2.0 port. It is interesting to note that Samsung has launched only 3G variants of these tablets in India and not the Wi-Fi only variants.
