if telecom operators chinese phones without imei then operators who using chinese server should be banned. when getting license they promise not using chinese server later they will show as buying from korea and use it. what is this partiality by operators. they must be punished by license cancel, pay 5 times the amount of license fee as penality and banned for its all service in the circle lifetime without any compramising.
