Jio Makes the Rs 399 Prepaid Plan Affordable by Rs 100 Yet Again to Celebrate its 2nd Anniversary

Reliance Jio, which is celebrating its 2nd Anniversary has reintroduced the PhonePe offer, under which it will be providing Rs 399 prepaid plan at Rs 299 via MyJio application. To recall, Jio introduced the same PhonePe offer earlier this year and offered the company’s highest selling plan of Rs 399 at Rs 299, which brings the monthly benefits to Rs 100. However, there are some catches with this offer and it will be available only for a limited period between September 12, 2018, and September 21, 2018. Furthermore, this offer can be availed only through MyJio application and the customer should have Rs 50 vouchers in their Jio account to get the discount of Rs 100.

Reliance Jio-PhonePe Offer Details

As mentioned, Jio prepaid users can avail the Rs 399 plan at an effective price of Rs 299, but there are some catches. As you might have understood by now, Jio will be giving an instant discount of Rs 100 with the Rs 399 prepaid plan during the offer period. However, the Rs 100 discount comprises two components, which are the catches of this offer.

Firstly, a user will receive Rs 50 instant discount only if they have Rs 50 cashback vouchers in their account. The Rs 50 cashback vouchers can be availed by performing recharges on MyJio application. Second, the Rs 50 instant cashback will be provided to PhonePe when the payment is made via PhonePe on MyJio application. So overall, if a user has Rs 50 vouchers in their account, then they can avail the whole Rs 100 discount, which brings the plan’s price to Rs 299.
