Now, let's take a look at what Jio offers in the data packs segment for its prepaid user base. Jio provides two types of data packs: Data Booster packs and Data Packs. Data Booster packs do not have specific validity and can be used according to the active plan's validity, whereas Data Packs come with a specific validity. Simply put, Booster packs don't have a validity period, while Data Add-on Packs do.

As of this writing, according to Jio's website and app, the company offers 9 data packs (4 Data Boosters and 5 Data Packs) in its prepaid portfolio. Let's explore them in order, from the lowest to the highest pricing in each segment.

Jio's Rs 139 pack includes 12GB of data with the active plan's validity. After consuming high-speed data, unlimited data is available at 64 Kbps. No additional benefits are included with the pack.
Jio Rs 69 Data Booster Pack
Jio's Rs 69 pack includes 6GB of data with the active plan’s validity. After consuming high-speed data, unlimited data is available at 64 Kbps. No additional benefits are included with the pack.
Jio Rs 29 Data Booster Pack
Jio's Rs 29 pack includes 2GB of data with the active plan's validity. After consuming high-speed data, unlimited data is available at 64 Kbps. No additional benefits are included with the pack.

Jio Rs 175 Data Pack - OTT Benefits
The Rs 175 data pack from Jio includes 10GB of data and OTT benefits with a validity of 28 days. After consuming high-speed data, unlimited data is available at 64 Kbps. OTT subscriptions include Sony LIV, ZEE5, JioCinema Premium, Lionsgate Play, Discovery+, Sun NXT, Kanchha Lannka, Planet Marathi, Chaupal, and Hoichoi via the JioTV Mobile App. JioCinema Premium is credited as a 28-day coupon in the MyJio account.
Jio Rs 49 Data Pack - Unlimited Data
The Rs 49 data pack, labelled as a cricket offer, includes 25GB of data with 1-day validity. After consuming high-speed data, unlimited data is available at 64 Kbps. No additional benefits are included with the pack.
Jio Unlimited 5G Upgrade Plans
These upgrade packs are introduced by Jio for users who initially recharged with plans without Unlimited 5G data but later wish to upgrade. Upon recharging with these Unlimited 5G upgrade packs, users will be able to enjoy unlimited 5G data when connected to the Jio 5G network on a 5G-supported device. The Rs 101 5G upgrade pack includes 6GB of 4G data and unlimited 5G data with the same validity as the active plan. After consuming 4G high-speed data, unlimited data is available at 64 Kbps. This pack applies to all 1GB/day plans and 1.5GB/day plans with a validity between 1 and 2 months.
Jio Rs 51 5G Upgrade Pack
The Rs 51 5G upgrade pack includes 3GB of 4G data and unlimited 5G data with the same validity as the active plan. After consuming 4G high-speed data, unlimited data is available at 64 Kbps. This pack applies to 1.5GB/day plans with a validity of up to 1 month.
