According to reports, Mukesh Ambani lead, Reliance Jio Infocomm is planning to hire nearly 3,000 people at regional levels to set up its retail and distribution chain for its telecom business in India. The company is all set to launch its much-awaited fourth-generation telecom services (4G LTE high-Internet-speed services ) next year in March, 2015.
As per the reports, Reliance Jio has been on a hiring spree earlier too. The company got its first 4G licence along with airwaves in an auction in 2010. It has been working on a go-to-market strategy for four years. "As we begin to spread our geographical operations, hiring is an intrinsic part of our build process," said Reliance Jio statement.
Earlier, it was hiring people with potential to plan and now it is recruiting people to execute the strategies. A unit of Reliance Industries, Reliance Jio has invested Rs 70,000-crore in 4G LTE high-internet-speed services, including Rs 24,000 crore on spectrum.

Ahead of launch RJio has appointed two former Google executives, Neeraj Bansal, Nikhil Rungta, and Rainer Deutschmann, 42, from Deutsche Telekom to head major product and service innovations.
