Facebook Messenger update for Windows Phone, enables phone contacts sync and more

Windows PHoneFacebook Messenger for Windows Phone, received a notable update, which bounced it to the version 9, and unveiled majority of advancements and features for an enhanced user experience.

Primarily, the app has received performance improvements for faster usage. Now, users can even message people who are not in their Facebook friends list, moreover, it can also be used for texting just by entering the number of the recipient. Users can also sync their phone contact directory with the app by simply tapping on people.
