Reliance Jio has been a sensation so far in India with aggressive tariff plans and free 4G services. The Mukesh Ambani-led company is now charging its customers (finally) for the services it provides. To sweeten the deal, Reliance Jio recently introduced two new plans at Rs. 309 and Rs. 509 under its Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan offer, giving unlimited calls, 1GB data & 2GB data per day respectively for 84 days.

While the company is offering only two postpaid plans - Rs. 309 and Rs. 509 (based on Jio’s official website), the new entrant arguably has the best long validity prepaid offers amongst all the other telcos. Recently, TRAI has approved telecom operator’s requests to offer yearly plans as opposed to the plans that were valid only for one month previously.

Cashing in the opportunity, Jio has introduced a long validity plan of Rs. 9,999 plan. While the amount seems to be huge, it gives you the best perks than any other plans in the market. And this plan is valid for avid travellers.

Under the Rs. 9,999 prepaid plan, Jio is offering 810GB of 4G data with a validity period of 420 days (14 months). However, these benefits are for Jio Prime members, whereas, none JioPrime members get 750GB data valid for 360 days( 12 months).

Moreover, this plan has no daily FUP limit, which is an added advantage. After the quota of 810GB data, download speed will be reduced to 128 Kbps. If you want to enjoy unlimited data even after the expiry of allocated data, you can recharge with the data boosters available.

Besides the Rs. 9,999 plan, Jio also providing another long validity plan of Rs. 4,999 that gives 410GB of 4G data for Jio Prime members valid for 240 days, whereas none Jio Prime members get 350GB of 4G data for 180 days.

In contrast, no other telecom operator in the country is providing that sort of benefits for existing or new users. All the operators have yearly plans such as Rs. 1499, which when recharged give 10GB data and later on, monthly data recharge prices will be reduced based on 1GB data at Rs. 51 and 5GB data at Rs. 251, etc.
