Rakuten Mobile has launched Rakuten AI for Business, a generative AI service for corporate clients. Rakuten AI for Business is optimised for Japanese culture, regulations and business customs, leveraging the Rakuten Group's experience from over 70 businesses and its expertise in sales, operations and marketing to empower businesses, according to Ting Cai, Chief AI and Data Officer at Rakuten Group.

According to the company, the service is designed to streamline key business processes, including document creation, translation, brainstorming, and research. Featuring job-specific prompt templates, Rakuten AI for Business simplifies AI adoption, allowing even first-time users to maximise its potential.

Rakuten AI for Business also offers a range of features for corporate clients. The service includes a one-month free trial, after which it costs 1,000 yen per month. Rakuten also provides online training seminars for administrators and users.
