Xiaomi’s new sub-brand Pocophone launched its first device in India last week, the Poco F1 and the phone goes up for flash sale today at 12 PM on Flipkart.com and Mi.com. The Snapdragon 845 sporting device along with its three variants of 6GB RAM+64GB memory, 6GB RAM+128GB memory, and 8GB RAM+256GB memory will be up for sale at the starting price of Rs 20,999. Poco F1 Flash Sale: Rates, Discounts, Offers and More

The 6GB+64GB variant of the Poco F1 will start retailing at the price of Rs 20,999, whereas as the 6GB RAM+128GB storage variant will be available for Rs 23,999. Lastly, the top option of 8GB RAM and 256GB storage will be up for grabs at Rs 29,999. The phone will be live for sale on both Mi.com and Flipkart.com at noon today, and HDFC Bank Credit or Debit cardholders will be eligible for a cashback of Rs 1,000 upfront. Also, the buyers who buy using HDFC card even while opting for the no-cost EMI option will be eligible for this cashback. Further, Reliance Jio subscribers will get their hands on Rs 8,000 worth of benefits along with 6TB of free 4G data.

Buyers who purchase the phone from Mi.com will receive a free subscription to Hungama Music for three months. While buying the phone from Mi official website, people will be able to also buy an add-on of accidents and liquid damage protection worth Rs 1,099 via Mi Protect.

Poco F1 Specifications and Features

Poco F1 sports a 6.1-inch Full HD+ resolution display encased in a plastic polycarbonate body and its highlight is that it comes with the Liquid cooling design. The phone comes with LPDDR4X for RAM and UFS2.1 for storage. Xiaomi has touted that the phone is able to perform resource-intensive tasks like gaming without attaining harmful temperatures courtesy of this new technology. There is also an Armoured Edition available for the 8GB RAM variant, which comes with a Kevlar back, a more premium look and heavier built. The phone draws processing power from the top-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, and on the software front, it runs on MIUI 9.6 over and above Android Oreo 8.1. The battery on this device also doesn’t fail to impress the users. By packing 4000mAh inside, the Poco F1 lasts a day or longer effortlessly. For security, the phone comes with Face Unlock and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The dual rear camera setup on the Poco F1 has a vertical orientation. For the primary camera, the Poco F1 features a 12MP primary sensor, and along with that, the 5MP secondary lens provides depth-sensing. The front camera is a 20MP shooter and comes with lots of AI features. Poco has also done its customisations to the phone in the form Poco Launcher which can be found on the home screen itself. Also, with the coming of Android 9 Pie, the Poco F1 is expected to get MIUI 10 shortly.
