Phicomm Energy 653 with 4G LTE launched in India for Rs 4,999

Phicomm, another Chinese OEM who entered India a few weeks ago with the Passion 660 smartphone has just announced its second device for the Indian market called the Phicomm Energy 653. The budget smartphone comes with a sticker price of Rs 4,999 and brings 4G LTE on a budget. The device comes with a 5-inch HD display and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop.

It is powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core Snapdragon 210 chipset which gets coupled with 1GB of RAM. There is an 8MP camera with LED flash at the rear and a 2MP camera up front. The budget device has an internal storage capacity of 8GB and the same is expandable by another 64GB.  2,230 mAh battery fuels it and black and white are the two colours it is available in.
