From time to time we have been conducting surveys to understand the issues faced by telecom consumers and highlight them to operators. In a bid to provide a platform to gather consolidated feedback, we decided to initiate customer satisfaction surveys focused on individual operators. As BSNL is India's national telecom operator we decided to start with BSNL!
