Why 5000 extra for 32GB extra internal memory and 2GB extra RAM? Unless they switched the configurations and clockspeeds of the RAM too. Someone should benchmark the 4GB, 3GB and 6GB RAM versions to test this theory!

I hate Samsung to the core!!!!! Samsung devices lags like hell with heavy usage after six months to one year!!!!! Both Samsung Galaxy J7 J7(2016) J7 Pro started hanging with three months usage!!!!! Redmi Note 3/OPO launched and fell in love with them instantly!!!!! Incredible phones!!!!! One Plus increasing price to the flagship levels still software support makes it good proposition!!!!! Even after software support ends, there are hell of custom roms available for OP!!!!!

I like Redmi too, but I take a lot of photos and none of the Redmi phones have excellent cameras (though not bad). Samsung and Sony are generally good in this department. Audio quality also matters to me – for that I prefer HTC or Sony.

The reason for Samsung lag over time is a long standing memory leak on their TouchWiz/Samsung experience UI. They have fixed it I think with the Nougat release but time will tell.

Sony has very few devices launched per year but each one is worth the money IMHO. of course, better to wait for price drops.
