HMD Global has launched five smartphones at its Mobile World Congress 2019 event today. The star of the show was the long-time rumoured Nokia 9 PureView that comes with five rear cameras. Alongside the Nokia 9 PureView, HMD Global also launched the successor to the Nokia 1, Nokia 2, Nokia 3 and more. The company has launched the Nokia 201 feature phone, Nokia 1 Plus Android Go smartphone, Nokia 3.2, Nokia 4.2 and Nokia 9 PureView Android One smartphones at today’s MWC event. Nokia’s smartphone user base has tripled in 2018, HMD Global CEO says. Nokia is right now the number 1 global player as far as value and volume in the feature phone segment are concerned. Nokia 201: Specs, Price and Availability

The Nokia 201 is a feature phone and it comes packed with 2.4-inch QVGA display. It includes a traditional alpha-numeric keypad as well. The phone includes 1020mAh battery, FM support, Classic Snakes game, among others. The Nokia 201 comes in three colours – red, black, and white. The Nokia 201will be available at a starting price of USD 35 (approx Rs 2,500). The phone will be available starting next week.

Nokia 1 Plus: Specs, Price and Availability

The Nokia 1 Plus comes with a 5.45-inch FWVGA+ IPS display and offers an aspect ratio of 18:9. On the hardware front, the Nokia 1 Plus is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core MT6739WW chipset paired with 1GB of RAM. The Nokia 1 Plus comes in two storage options — 8GB and 16GB inbuilt storage. The Nokia includes an 8MP rear camera paired with flash and 5MP front-facing camera. The phone is backed by a 2500mAh battery. The Nokia 1 Plus will be available in three colours — Red, Blue and Black. The phone runs Android Pie (Go Edition) software and comes pre-loaded with Google’s suite of Go apps like Google Go, Gmail Go, YouTube Go, Maps Go, among others. The Nokia 1 Plus will be available at a starting price of USD 99. The phone will be available starting March.
