Nokia 105 is the latest feature phone from the house of HMD Global. The Nokia 105 was announced just a few days ago alongside the Nokia 220 4G feature phone. The all-new Nokia 105 is the fourth generation model and it's promised to offer long-lasting battery. The feature phone has a 1.77-inch colour screen and it even comes bundled with six feature phone games including Classic Snake for which the Nokia feature phones are known for in the past. The Nokia 105 features a polycarbonate body, removable battery, 73.2 grams weight, Micro USB port for charging, 3.5mm headphone jack for music listening, microSD card slot for storage and comes in attractive colour options. HMD Global has announced that the Nokia 105 will be available in both single SIM and dual SIM variants.

Nokia 105 Feature Phone: Specifications and Features

The USP of the Nokia 105 is its long-lasting battery life. HMD Global says the feature phone will last for days between charges, and if you're someone who communicates a lot on your phone, then the Nokia 105 is an ideal choice as it promises to deliver incredible talk time battery life. HMD says the Nokia 105 will offer a standby time of 25.8 days and talk time of up to 14.4 hours.

The Nokia 105 measures 14.4mm thick and weighs 74.04 grams (including battery). It has a 1.77-inch QVGA display and accepts mini-SIM cards. As noted, the Nokia 105 comes in both single SIM and dual-SIM models.

The feature phone comes with six try and buy preloaded Gameloft games including Tetris, Sky Gift, Airstrike, Nitro Racing, Ninja UP! and Danger Dash. Additionally, there's the good-old Classic Snake game pre-installed on the Nokia 105. Users can save up to 2000 contacts and 500 SMS on the Nokia 105 as it comes with 4MB of ROM and 4MB of RAM. There's an 800mAh removable battery inside the feature phone.

It runs Nokia's Series 30+ software and comes with FM Radio pre-installed, something which users look out for in a feature phone. There's an LED torch as well on top of the feature phone. Sadly, it lacks a rear-mounted VGA camera, but considering the price tag, we should not expect much.

Ajey Mehta, Vice President and Region Head, APAC and India, HMD Global, said: “The love for Nokia feature phones reigns high in India for their build quality, reliability and functionality. With Nokia 105, we are bringing a phone to those consumers who are embracing mobility for the first time, giving them a phone with a long-lasting battery and everyday essentials in a modern design. I am excited to bring the Nokia 105 to Indian consumers.”

The handset will retail for Rs 1,199 from August 20, 2019, across top mobile retail outlets in the country and Nokia Shop Online.
