MTNL Delhi Revised SMS STV 30

MTNL Revises SMS PackMahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) has revised its popular SMS special tariff voucher STV30 in Delhi circle. The STV30 was earlier offering 600 local and 400 STD SMS for 30 days, now the revised STV30 is offering 200 local and 100 STD SMS for same validity period.

The revision is confirmed by MTNL customer care, though still it is not updated on MTNL’s website.

The revision in SMS packs is common approach by most mobile operators due to TDSAT’s order of SMS termination charge at 5p/SMS. Recently TRAI came up with a regulation which says SMS termination charge will be 2p/SMS.

Don’t misguide others,
which is the only work of you on this website.

At first, you should mind your commenting way,
after that come Delhi, use, see & enjoy……….

I am using and enjoy this thing for more than 2 years.

Written thing & practice may be differ in practical life.

If you are getting free benefits during festival days and if MTNL website says no, tell that MTNL is misguiding. Understood?. LOL LOL. You do not even know who is misguiding

I have not a hobby to talk with such a controversial person, whose work is only one- how to cut one’s comment ? Your such activity is seen various times with a lot of persons. It seems, it is your hobby. So, do your hobby. I am doing my hobby- sharing of telecom experience with other users. You don’t have any right to comment on this post, when I clarified that in practice, it is going on from last 2 years, until you don’t use MTNL Delhi, SMS Pack of 30/-. MTNL Delhi website is not fully updated. For ex.-… Read more »

Completely agree with you Sourabh…. Stop replying to his comments… He is always like that only. Doesn’t know how to behave in public websites. He can express what ever he wants… But he should not hurt others… He doesn’t know how to express his feelings… That is the main problem. His intention may be true, but the way he is expressing making the difference… 🙂 Hope he can understand….
Dear Sudhakar… Please take it positively….

First of all Saurabh hurt me saying that I am misguiding others. Actually he is misguiding others.

He should have mentioned clearly that he is getting the benefits and he does not know about other MTML subscribers. If he has mentioned this, it would have been fine.

First of all he is only spreading false news that MTNL is offering free SMS (with booster pack) on all days in a year.

Yes yes. Because you all assume the persons who say good and true information as fools and the person who spreads false information / never accept his mistakes becomes master. You all do not have courage to accept the fact – MTNL and all other providers do not provide free SMS in festival days. BSNL do not provide call and SMS booster benefits in the festival days. Most of the private operators do not provide only free SMS benefits (from booster pack) during the festival days. I said him not to day dream because there is no such information in… Read more »

Till now you have not accepted your mistake. Did you mention that MTNL website is not updated in your first post?. Then how can you comment negative on my post. If MTNL is not updating, MTNL is misleading the subscribers. According to TRAI’s rule, all SMS during festival days should be charged as per base tariff plan. Can you point out a single Indian operator which has mentioned in its website and gives FREE SMS benefit (through booster pack) for all days (365 or 366) in a year?. If not, then you do not have any qualities to comment negative… Read more »

Saurabh is right. You are not misleading simply ill informed like loads of others. But once you realize that you have been misinformed you should learn to shut your trap moron!

First of all you do not post false experiences here. Understood. I have posted only true info. So please shut yourself before commenting on my post. Ok?.

MTNL hiked its tariff after the sms termination charges were reduced:-D

But to say, useless coverage of MTNL in delhi. Once i used my BSNL SIM on MTNL network and i found that i could get only 1 or 2 bars at many places. Also at places where coverage was full, there were lots of disturbances in the voice but at least it is better than reliance.

What to do man?.

BSNL – Good in coverage, but little costly network

MTNL – Poor coverage (as you told) and network with cheap plans.

Mumbai MTNL provides STV 61 which offers unlimited video calls to MTNL Mumbai network which is valid for 30 days.
I am from Tamilnadu. I have posted this from my guessing.

Absolutely right…
Useless network….
It’s 3G is also not upto mark and showing only 1 bar most of the places.
Airtel 2G is faster than MTNL 3G.
