On Thursday a leak revealed that Lenovo owned sub-brand Motorola is bringing back its popular Motorola RAZR this year. In fact, the smartphone which is reportedly supposed to come with a foldable screen is expected to go official next month, i.e. in February. Some reports suggest that the Motorola RAZR could be launching at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019. Motorola seems to have big plans for 2019. The smartphone manufacturer is working hard on the Moto G7 series as well which could be unveiled at the upcoming MWC itself.

Under the Moto G7 series, the smartphone manufacturer is expected to launch four phones, namely – Moto G7, Moto G7 Plus, Moto G7 Power and Moto G6 Play. While the Moto G7 and G7 Plus are expected to be expensive devices, the G7 Power and G7 Play are said to be slightly affordable. Motorola is rumoured to launch one of the two Moto G7 devices in February and it could possibly be the G7. Now with the Moto G7 making its way to Geekbench benchmarking site the phones launching is imminent.
Moto G7 on Geekbench Reveals Key Specifications
The Geekbench listing reveals some of the key specifications about the Moto G7. In a previous leak, the Moto G7 was spotted with Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset which is also found in phones Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, Vivo V11 Pro, among others. In contrary, the benchmarking site reveals that the Moto G7 will be powered by Snapdragon 625 chipset and not 660 SoC. Some confusion still pertains regarding the SoC powering the Moot G7 because “ARM Implementer 81 architecture 8 variant 10 part 2048 revision 2” identifier shows that the Moto G7 with Snapdragon 660. So it is fair to say that the Moto G7 could either come with Snapdragon 660 AIE or Snapdragon 625 or maybe this listing could be of a different Motorola phone, possibly the Moto G7 Play. For the unaware, the Moto G7 Play is said to arrive with Snapdragon 625 SoC since the beginning.
