As the name itself suggests, the Canvas Selfie 2 smartphone comes with an 8MP front-facing camera which is a Sony IMX135 sensor and has Blue Glass IR filter, 5P lens. Micromax also added an LED flash for the selfie camera as well. The camera app includes features such as bokeh effect, wide-angle group selfie, face beauty mode, one touch shot, etc.

At the back of the phone, there's a 13MP rear camera with an f.2.0 aperture, OV 8556 sensor, 5P lens, and LED flash. The pricing of the phone is not revealed by Micromax at the moment, but it's expected to come around Rs. 9,000, especially considering the camera specifications.

Besides the cameras, the Canvas Selfie 2 has mediocre specs on paper. The phone is powered by the MediaTek MT6737 chipset with a 1.3GHz quad-core on top. The chipset is paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, with support for microSD card for storage expansion.

All the Micromax devices released in recent times arrived with Android 7.0 Nougat preloaded, and the Canvas Selfie 2 is no different. The phone has features such as multi-window mode, enhanced doze mode, quick settings options, and quick reply feature.

The Selfie 2 has a rear mounted fingerprint scanner and is backed by a decent 3000mAh battery. Same as the recently released Micromax smartphones which came with 100 days replacement warranty, the website listing shows that the Canvas Selfie 2 also comes with the same 100 days replacement warranty.

So, Micromax team will first analyse the issue in the smartphone when you take it to the customer service care centre. If they can't fix the device in three to four days, your device will be replaced with a new one. The screen size, pricing, and availability details were not revealed in the listing.
