Transforming Indian Offline Retail and Customer Engagement Using AI

Today, Micromax has announced a strategic partnership with the mobile device chipset maker MediaTek. As a part of the partnership, Micromax will launch a complete range of 4G LTE-enabled smartphones that use MediaTek’s mobile processors, and the first smartphone to do so is the Micromax Canvas Fire 4G.
The Micromax Canvas 4G runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, and features a 4.5-inch FWVGA IPS LCD display, dual speakers, a 64-bit quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot and 4G LTE connectivity. It isn’t clear yet whether it is a dual-SIM or a single-SIM smartphone since Micromax hasn’t revealed complete details about the Canvas Fire 4G.
India is at the cusp of digital revolution and at Micromax Informatics we have been putting in concerted efforts to bring the best in class 4G LTE smartphones to take Internet usage to an unprecedented level. Today’s partnership exemplifies the same endeavor and we are delighted to partner with MediaTek for its Helio Family. We have always endeavored to offer products based on certain needs of the consumer. Moving forward, we will lead the 4G adoption in the country by converting all our popular value Canvas series to 4G. Canvas Fire 4G is the first in a series of such launches.
