Meizu, the Chinese OEM that recently entered India with the M1 Note has just announced price drop for the same. The smartphone which was initially launched for Rs 11,999 has now had its price drop to Rs 9,999. Unlike its competitors (read as the Lenovo K3 Note and Yu Yureka Plus), the smartphone retails via the open sale route instead of the flash sales model. It is available on Amazon.in.
The M1 Note gets a 5.5-inch full HD display, an octa-core processor and 2GB of RAM. It matches the Lenovo K3 Note spec-to-spec in terms of the hardware on offer. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat based Flyme 4 OS which may hold back several buyers as the competition boots Android Lollipop.
