LG Optimus Pro and LG Optimus Net Android Smartphones Get Official

LG unveils the Optimus Net and Optimus Pro, the latest additions to its Optimus family. Both devices share the same 800 MHz processor, 3 MP camera, 3.6 Mbps 3G connectivity and Android 2.3 Gingerbread running right out of the box.

LG Optimus Net (LG P690) is the evolution of highly popular LG Optimus One, It allows you to experience the latest version of the world with the Android user experience thanks to the Turbo fast 800MHz processor. Internet browsing is faster, more fluid and the applications are due to touch a 3.2 inch high precision.

Equipped with the latest Android 2.3.3, LG Optimus Net offers a world of applications and entertainment with the Android Market and the new LG Social + widget to share your days with friends on Facebook and Twitter.

It synchronizes with the Exchange server to download your company's e-mail, calendar appointments and contacts. It 'compatible with the e-mail in HTML and you can download attachments. With a full touch screen and the potential of Android 2.3 can download thousands of useful applications, surf the Internet with Wi-Fi or HSDPA, use it as a GPS navigator and more.

Price of the both phones is - Optimus Net at €200 and Optimus Pro at €180. The LG Optimus Net and Optimus Pro are said to be out for sale in Italy already, so it might not be long until they land on the shelves across Europe and on the other side of the Atlantic.
