Personally I like the brand name lava .Unlike other Indian brands there Product have good design ,finishing and quality .They also have good software support like any mnc brands .They provide updates to some of ther devices on android platform .They are the first manufacturer in india who customized the android called Hive .Their aftersales and replacement policy also excellent .I dont understand why somebody blame a brand unintentionally or without using it . While considering this phone it is the most affordable windows phone with excellent specs like quadcore cpu ,1gb ram .1900 mah battery .,8 gb storage etc… Read more »

Will be a steal if and only if they give a promise on the line of Microsoft, UPGRADE to WIN Phone 10 and fulfill it!!! Else Rest in peace with MMX’s win phone devices.

No brand is providing such amazing specs for Windows Phone platform for the price tag of 5K. If Microsoft announces that all WP8.1 devices including Lumias and non Lumias gonna get updated to Windows 10, it will only boost the confidence of consumers to the products. As you said it’s a third class phone, it’s clear you don’t like this company, so you just came here to rant about the phone. We understand.

Microsoft has confirmed that all Lumia devices will be upgarded to WinPh 10 don’t know about others, but the chances of this also updating are high given that Microsoft has a policy whereby WinPh 8 manufacturers have to support the hardware for at least 2 years now I don’t know if that involves incremental updates like WinPh 8.1 or full fledged updates like Win Ph 10.

Every windows phone can be directly updated from Microsoft. No need to wait for manufacturer update. I think this will be the case with Windows 10 also.

Lava should merge its brand in xolo, because lava name looks very cheap and 3rd class……
