JBL Go 2 Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker Introduced in 12 Colour Options

Harman, which is the holding company of the brand JBL has recently launched the JBL Go 2 which is the second edition of the JBL Go Bluetooth speaker in this series. After the success of the first model of this Bluetooth speaker series, owing to its compact nature and sound quality of the device, the company is introducing the second iteration of the speaker which will come in many colour options and will bear a price tag of Rs 2,999. The speaker is going to be available across all major electronic and retail outlets in India along with retailing at 350 Samsung brand stores across the country.

The main highlight of this new speaker is its IPX7 rating which means that the speaker will take on general spills and splashes with ease without any harm and will also be able to withstand 1 metre of depth in a pool for 30 minutes. The speaker will be a good choice for people who want to listen to music near the pool, or in the shower. Although there won’t be any harm from small splashes, excessive use underwater the pool should be avoided for an elongated period of time to save it from damage.

The speaker will feature Bluetooth 4.1 to connect with devices. This second edition of the Go speaker again uses a compact design which measures 71.2x86.0x31.6mm and weighs only 184 grams. The speaker comes with a 730mAh rechargeable battery which provides a playback time of 5 hours on full charge. Also, the speaker gets full charged from zero to max in about two and a half hours. The JBL Go 2 also packs built-in echo and noise cancelling speakerphone to notch up the calling experience. In the box, the buyers will get a micro USB cable, a one-year warranty card, a quick start guide, and a safety guide as well.

The JBL Go comes in 12 colour options which include Ash Gray, Icecube Cyan, Seafoam Mint, Lemonade Yellow, Sunkissed Cinnamon, Pearl Champagne, Midnight Black, Deep Sea Blue, Moss Green, Coral Orange, Ruby Red, and Slate Navy.
