Idea Cellular, the country’s third largest telecom operator by subscribers, has revised its 3G and 2G data packs rate to offer more benefits to consumers in the Kerala circle. The revised packs with extra data benefits are aimed at retaining existing users in the circle.

The Rs 46 pack 3G data pack now offers 150 MB data usage and comes with 28 days validity, as compared to 120 MB. The Rs 69 3G data pack now offers minimum 280 MB and maximum 1 GB of data for 15 days, as compared to just 280 MB for 7 days.
The Rs 249 3G pack now gives 1.5 GB data usage, as compared to 1 GB data usage, for 28 days. The Rs 449 pack now gives 3.5 GB data usage, as compared to 3 GB data usage, for 28 days. Similarly, the Rs 649 pack now gives 5.5 GB instead of 5GB data for 28 days.
The Rs 849 data pack, on other hand, now offers 7.5 GB data instead of 7GB for 28 days. The telco has also made a change in its Rs 36 2G data pack. The pack now offers 180 MB 2G data as compared to 120 MB data for 28 days.
