Huawei P9 and P9 Plus made official with Leica’s Dual Camera setup and Kirin 955 chipset

Huawei had been teasing the P9 smartphone for quite some time, and today, the company finally made the device official along with another variant. Both the smartphones, the P9, and P9 Plus boast dual 12-megapixel rear cameras with Leica SUMMARIT lenses and 1.25-micron pixels that claim to offer flawless photography even in low-light conditions. Both the devices are also equipped with RAW support for images. Packed with rather impressive specifications, we expect the device to debut in India soon.

Mali T880 MP4 which is 4 core is the biggest joke for a phone costing that much.

Galaxy S7 has same Mali T880 but in MP12 (12 core) configuration.

This means Galaxy S7 has 3 times more raw GPU horsepower compared to this crap from Huawei.

Btw, even T880 MP12 can’t beat Adreno 530 (Snapdragon 820) or PowerVR GT7600 (Apple A9) so you would be left with an outdated phone which will lag and stutter.

Huawei needs to do far better.
