Honor 10 Key Specs
The top of the line Honor 10 borrows heavily from the recently launched Huawei P20 series and comes with an aluminium frame and glass back design. The smartphone features the trendy notched display at the top but retains a chin at the bottom to adjust the fingerprint scanner. The Honor 10 sports a 5.84-inch LCD display with Full HD+ resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels and taller 19:9 aspect ratio.

Just like its premium siblings, the Honor 10 gets a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 16MP and 24MP sensors coupled with dual LED flash and f/1.8 aperture. On the front, it comes with a 24MP selfie shooter. The phone packs a 3400mAh battery along with quick charging support.

Inside, a HiSilicon Kirin 970 SoC paired with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage powers the smartphone. The Honor 10 will run on Huawei’s EMUI 8.1, based on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo operating system. It will offer connectivity features like WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS and 4G LTE.

Honor 10 Pricing
It is confirmed the Honor 10 will available exclusively on Flipkart starting midnight May 16. The company hasn’t made the price of the Honor 10 official as of yet. It is widely speculated that upcoming Honor 10 would be available at a price of around Rs 35,000. At this price point, the device will be a strong contender against upcoming OnePlus 6.

Still, the expected price range is a bit steep in comparison to Honor 10 price in China. The 6GB/64GB Honor 10 starts at CNY 2,599 (roughly Rs 27,400), while 6GB/128GB model is priced at CNY 2,999 (roughly Rs 31,600). Also in China, the Honor 10 was launched in three colour variants, Black, Grey, Mirage Blue, and Mirage Purple colour variants. The same colour variants are expected to launch in India as well.

Honor 10 Competitors
In India, the Honor 10's primary competitor would be the OnePlus 6, which is scheduled to launch in India on May 17. While Honor could price the device aggressively at Rs 29,999, it's expected that the OnePlus 6 could start from Rs 36,999. The Honor 10 will be the successor to Honor View 10 smartphone which was launched just four months ago in India.
