Waiting for some major changes(Upgrades) in broadband sector.

Expecting technologies are:
1. VoWifi -> which will remove stress on the mobile towers.
2. IPTV -> TV channels through internet line.
3. Landline connection.

all these in single broadband connection.
We needed this tech from the broadband industry.

Almost all the tech following people know about Jio Fiber plans. But why are they not launching this technology now?

There are well established players in the market like Airtel, ACT, BSNL, why are they not launching this? ? Is it because they lack latest technology infrastructure? Or they are waiting for some other reason?

Please answer if anyone knows.
