Harvest Partners LP has announced the sale of Service Express, a provider of data center services, to the private equity firm Warburg Pincus. Service Express, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, specialises in third-party, post-warranty maintenance and managed services for data centers, serving clients across six continents. The sale took place on August 15, though the companies did not disclose the terms of the deal.

Service Express's Growth
Service Express offers services that maintain and extend the life of mission-critical data center equipment. With locations across the United States and Europe, Service Express serves end customers on six continents.
Harvest Partners said under its ownership since 2019, Service Express has significantly expanded its global reach through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions, including a major expansion into Europe. The company has also broadened its service offerings to include hybrid cloud solutions.
