Google Play Store in India now includes Nexus 6, Chromecast, and Nexus 9

Google has broaden the availability of many Nexus and Android Wear devices to India through its online store, the Google Play. Consumers in India can now buy Nexus 6, Nexus 9, and Chromecast directly from the Google Play Store.


Moreover, it has been marked that the Nexus 9 and Nexus 6 devices, which were formerly listed as ‘coming soon’ on Google Play Store in India, are now available for purchase. Users can order the Nexus 6 (32GB) for Rs. 44,000 and the Nexus 9 starting at Rs. 28,900. The company has also listed the 64GB version of Nexus 6 for a price of Rs. 49,000, sadly it is presently out of stock. As a reminder, Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 have also been on sale in India through Flipkart and Amazon respectively for various weeks, but earlier the devices were not available on the Google Store.
