Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL

Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL have probably suffered more leaks, speculations and rumours than any other device out there. Part of the reason for the leaks was the massive hype behind the phone, and that tells us that the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL have been two of the most awaited phones this year. With the launch of the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL and introducing a camera which puts other smartphones behind, Google set the bar for its Pixel series of smartphones. Now the new introductions will be the one advancing this series.

The major point of difference between the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL is going to be the size and screen. On the inside, the phones will be identical in terms of hardware and performance. The Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will pack the Snapdragon 845 under the hood, and they will come with 4GB of RAM along with either 64GB or 128GB of internal storage.

Another upgrade compared to the predecessor on the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL is going to be the presence of wireless charging capability. The Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will support wireless charging for the first time. A new wireless charging dock called the Pixel Stand will also be launched side by side the new phone line-up which will support the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL.
Speaking of camera and imaging, Google will stick to its previous single rear shooter setup with the 12.2MP rear shooter and 8.1MP two front shooters with one of them being a wide angle lens. In India, Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are expected to launch in the October second week.

Google Home Hub

This is going to be another smart speaker from Google which is set to launch in the upcoming event. The new Google Home Hub will come with a 7-inch screen with the speaker behind it, and it will compete directly with the newly launched Amazon Echo Show. The Google Home Hub will support voice assistant, and it will also come with built-in support for YouTube and other Google apps.

Pixel Slate Tablet

Google is also going to be launching the first Chrome OS tablet named the Pixel Slate Tablet at the upcoming event. This new tablet was previously being referred to as “Nocturne”, and it is going to come with Intel’s Core i7 processor with up to 16GB of RAM. The 2-in-1 tablet will also come with a portable keyboard case, and it will work with Pixel Book pen. This new Slate tablet by Pixel will go head-on against the new Apple iPad Pro, and it might also possibly come with a fingerprint sensor.

Google Pixelbook 2

Although there has been no solid news about a new laptop from Google, the tech giant is expected to launch a new Pixelbook 2 second generation on October 9. That being said, the new Pixelbook 2 is likely to come with a slight hardware upgrade and a revamped design. There have also been talks about a 4K screen on the new Pixelbook. However, it is still not sure whether or not Google will launch the Pixelbook 2 in the upcoming event.

3rd Generation Chromecast

A new third-generation Chromecast might also be in the pipeline for the upcoming event. Given that the Chromecast hasn’t received a new advanced version for a few years, it’s entirely possible that Google might unveil the third generation Chromecast. As per a new image posted by a Redditor, the new Chromecast is rumoured to come with a new design. Still, there have been no words about any upgraded internal specs.
