While the whole country is rejoicing about BSNL's pre-FUP speed increase from 512 Kbps to 2 Mbps, ACT Fibernet has literally doubled the speeds effective today at the same price. Also, when BSNL has more or less retained the FUP limits, ACT's FUP limits have gone up by a big percentage. For instance, the Rs. 650 plan that used to give 35 GB data at 5 Mbps now provides 50 GB data at 10 Mbps. The post FUP speeds have also gone up.
