Telco traffic management software specialist Enea has announced that its dual-mode 5G Service Engine (5G-SE) is now VMware Ready for Telco Cloud. Enea says its 5G-SE helps Communication Service Providers (CSPs) create network capacity, improve subscribers' QoE through faster download speeds, monetise data traffic, prevent fraud, and comply with regulatory requirements through a dual 5G-4G single service platform.

VMware Ready Certification
"Combining the Enea 5G Service Engine with the VMware Telco Cloud Platform offers significant advantages for CSPs, enabling a smooth transition from 4G and 5G NSA to 5G SA while ensuring best-in-class network performance and monetisation services," said Osvaldo Aldao, Enea's Chief Product and Technology Officer.
Expanded Partnership and Certification Benefits
The expanded partnership, now including VMware's Ready for Telco Cloud certification, confirms Enea's 5G-SE Container Network Function (CNF) readiness for scalable carrier-grade deployment and agile lifecycle operation with VMware Telco Cloud Platform, the telecom and cybersecurity software company said on Thursday.

The Enea 5G-SE is now featured in VMware's Telco Cloud Marketplace.
"The certification with VMware Telco Cloud Platform signifies that the solution has undergone extensive conformance testing, ensuring seamless compatibility and excellence," Enea added.
