Commenting on the collaboration, Arvind Bali, CEO of Connect Broadband said, “At Connect, we continuously look for ways and means to enhance customer experience, meet and exceed customer expectations and delight them. This strategic tie-up with Mobikwik is yet another endeavour in that direction.”

Most of the customers prefer Digital transactions or ‘cashless transactions’ now. The company opined that this effort could promote the use of digital operations, thereby support Digital India movement. For Connect broadband, 9% of the company’s bill payments are made using the wallet mode. The company expects this to rise to 30% within next couple of months.

“User convenience is the core of our service and supporting the country’s vision into a cashless economy, we have partnered with MobiKwik to enable our users in paying their bills digitally, seamlessly and securely from their phones. I am confident that our users will find this offering extremely convenient,” added Arvind Bali.

In response, Vineet K Singh, Chief Business Officer of MobiKwik said, “We are proud to partner with Connect Broadband in their endeavour to go cashless and join the digital revolution currently taking place in our country. Cashless is the new way to pay in 2017 that makes payments swift, and users can now pay their broadband bill within seconds, effortlessly from their handphone.”
