When will MTNL Delhi policy makers wake up from their sleep. They advertise only broadband in such a manner that they are the only best internet provider in Delhi but reality is something different. Non updated website with still old plans and waste network make them one of the poorest mobile operator in Delhi. They are more keen in making id’s or offering summer training rather than improving network.
