BSNL has launched a new broadband unlimited plan BBG Combo ULD 611 and BBG Super Speed Combo ULD 995 VDSL plan exclusive for Hyderabad telecom district. Both plans offer unlimited broadband with higher post FUP speeds.

BSNL New Plans1

BBG Combo ULD 611 offer unlimited broadband at 4Mbps up to 40GB and 1Mbps after crossing 40GB.  The plan come at a monthly fixed charge of Rs 611 including 25 free calls to BSNL network without any fixed charge for telephone. New VDSL plan BBG Super Speed Combo ULD 995 offering 16Mbps up to 60GB and 2Mbps after reaching the limit. The VDSL plan costs just Rs 995 along with 50 free calls on BSNL network. Annual and two year payment offer available on both plans.

BSNL New Plans 2

BSNL has also introduced annual and two-year payment offer for existing plan Fibro Combo ULD 2795 which offer 50Mbps up to 200GB and 6Mbps beyond at Rs 2795 per month.

These plans give true value for money compared to existing plans from BSNL, but are limited to Hyderbad city only. Earlier too BSNL offer exclusive plans for Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh to counter heavy competition from regional broadband players like BeamTele which also offer similar plans in the state.

BSNL introduce 1GB email storage

BSNL was offering just 5MB email box with its broadband service, we had pointed out this earlier in our articles as not suitable for this digital era. BSNL has finally upgraded its email service and now offering 1GB space from current 5MB on above new plans. This is a welcome move from the PSU and we expect BSNL will introduce the same to other plans soon.

Do let us know by comments your view on new broadband plans and 1GB email space by BSNL.
