BSNL Pushes FUP Data on FTTH Plans to 3.5TB Per Month With 100 Mbps Speed

In the Chennai circle, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has made revisions to its Fiber to the Home (FTTH) broadband plans meaning that now FTTH customers in Chennai who have subscribed to the below mentioned FTTH plans would be able to enjoy more FUP and faster speeds. The BSNL FTTH plans which have undergone revision include the Rs 999, Rs 1,299, Rs 1,699, Rs 1,999, Rs 2,999 and Rs 4,999 plans. After the tweaks, BSNL is offering a FUP of up to 3.5TB per month, with the Rs 2,999 plan offering 2TB or 2000GB FUP data in a billing cycle with the maximum speed being 100 Mbps. BSNL FIBRO COMBO ULD 999 FTTH Plan: Details and Benefits

Starting off with the Rs 999 FTTH plan, it's now revised to offer 80 Mbps of download/upload speeds up to 600GB. Once the FUP limit completes, a user can enjoy download speeds of 2 Mbps and it doesn't have any data limit. The plan also gives a user unlimited voice calls without any FUP limit to any network within India.

Second, we have the Rs 1,299 FTTH plan in Chennai which comes with a download speed of up to 100 Mbps and 800GB of FUP limit. Post the FUP, users will be able to consume unlimited data at 2 Mbps speeds, and the plan even offers unlimited voice calls. The Rs 1,699 FTTH plan also provides 100 Mbps speeds, but the FUP limit is better at 1100GB of 1.1TB. BSNL also has a Rs 1,999 FTTH broadband plan offering the same 100 Mbps speeds and 1400GB or 1.4TB FUP limit. All these broadband plans do come with unlimited voice calling benefit to any network.

BSNL is providing its broadband users in Chennai with a Rs 2,999 FTTH plan, offering 100 Mbps download & upload speeds up to 2000GB or 2TB. The plan also gives a user unlimited local, STD calls to any network within India. BSNL users subscribing this broadband plan also gets one free e-mail ID and 1GB of free space for the e-mail ID. In addition, users are also eligible for one free static IP address, which will be given on request of the customer.

Lastly, BSNL has a pricier Rs 4,999 FTTH broadband plan which gives a total FUP of 3.5GB and 100 Mbps speeds. This premium plan from BSNL comes with an after FUP speed of 2 Mbps. It also rewards an unlimited user voice calling option without any FUP to any network within India.
