This overSmar AirHell agent DUANE is just aweful. S/he will support every CraP scheme of AirHell but critisize others.

Does DUANE know what is CDMA, EVDO or WLL ?

Difference bw GSM /CDMA and EVDO /4G ?

Good move by BSNL. Encourage CDMA roaming while rest of the country is working towards 3G network enhancements and 4G rollout. Typically aunts and uncle attitude of BSNL.
