BSNL revises base tariff for CDMA prepaid subscribers pan India, SMS gets cheaper

BSNL the largest PSU operator has announced a revision to the base tariffs for its CDMA subscribers pan India. TRAI had recently reduced the ceiling tariffs for calls and SMS in roaming.

BSNL had also introduced free incoming for all its subscribers in national roaming by default. Taking into account both these factors, BSNL has revised its base tariffs for prepaid CDMA subscribers.

With this revision, the subscribers will enjoy free incoming in roaming as well as SMS tariffs of 25p/SMS for local and 38p/SMS for national in both home and roam. The details of the revised base plan are given below.
