The revised tariff will be implemented from 01-09-2015 onwards across all BSNL telecom circles in India. The Free Calls are allowed in Own Network from Home LSA Only.

Plan 99: BSNL provides 60 free calls in this plan; however, from now onwards, this number has been reduced to 50. When it comes to STD call rates, both on-net and off-net calls will now cost Re. 1/min.

Plan 225: Free call limit has been reduced from 200 to 180. Local BSNL to BSNL call charges have been uplifted from Re. 0.01/sec to Re. 0.011/sec. Other local call charges have been increased from Re. 0.012/sec to Re. 0.013/sec.  Both on-net and off-net STD calls that used to cost Re. 0.012/sec in the past will not cost Re. 0.013/sec.

Recently, Airtel hiked postpaid data rates, and others telecom operators followed the same route. Also, please share your views and opinions about this tariff revision through comments.
