The best part is that the offer is valid even while you are on roaming. That’s right! You can make unlimited voice calls to any network in India even while you are on roaming. On top of that, users will get 6GB of data every month until first four months which will then be revised to 3GB of data every month.

BSNL customers will have to shell out Rs. 799 to subscribe to the plan. However, to promote the new ‘Dil Khol Ke Bol’ plan, the telco is offering it at a discounted FMC of Rs. 599 for the first four months. After the initial four months, the plan will be revised to the regular FMC of Rs. 799.

Additionally, users will be charged at Rs. 99 for international roaming every month (FMC), and the charges for the same vary depending on the country you visit. Also, users will be charged with service tax as applicable.

As mentioned earlier, the new Dil Khol Ke Bol unlimited voice calling plan for postpaid users is available on a pan-India basis.

Recently, the telco has also introduced a new tariff plan for its customers called the Freedom Plan. The telco has launched this plan on a 90-day promotional basis across all its circles in India.

BSNL is charging Rs. 136 for the new tariff plan which comes with two-year validity. On recharging with the new Freedom Plan, all the local and STD calls (both within the network and other networks) are charged at 25p/min for the first month. Also, during the first month, users will get free 1GB data. After the initial month, though, users will have to pay 1.3p/sec for voice calls.

On a similar note, Bharti Airtel has also killed roaming in the country. It seems like Reliance Jio’s entry to the Indian telecom scene is still haunting the incumbent telcos.
