BSNL revises monthly plans for broadband in Maharashtra circle

BSNL has just revised the monthly broadband plans on offer in the Maharashtra circle. The revision is limited to only 100 BB Combo plan and 150 BB Combo Plan. They have now become 140 SPL and 195 SPL plans respectively. Let us take a look at what all has changed:

Plan 140 SPL (earlier 100 BB Combo plan):




  • Fixed monthly charge gets revised from Rs 100 to Rs 140
  • There has been no revision in the number of free calls available to youbsnl-broadband
  • Call charges will be Re 1.2 per unit of metered calling

Plan 195 SPL (earlier 150 BB Combo plan):

  • Fixed monthly charge gets revised from Rs 150 to Rs 195
  • Till now you got 50 free calls (on-net and off-net) but now you'll get 195 free calls to BSNL network only
  • Call charges will be Re 1 per unit of metered calling to BSNL network after exceeding free usage
  • Call charges will be Re 1.2 per unit of metered calling to other networks

The revision will come into effect from 1st November 2014. The customers of voice only plan of the 100 BB Combo plan will be upgraded to the Sulabh Plan and those opting for the voice only plan of the 140 BB Combo plan will automatically be upgraded to the One India plan.
