BSNL extends annual broadband plan BBG combo UL 5500

BSNL which is all set to upgrade its minimum pre FUP broadband speeds to 2Mbps from next month, has extended the annual broadband plan ‘BBG combo UL 5500 CS73’ in Godhra service area of Gujarat telecom circle for a promotional period of 90 days beginning 30th september 2015.

This plan gives 1GB per month at 2Mbps and thereafter flat 512Kbps unlimited per month for a year. Since this is a combo plan it comes with a rent free landline connection with no free calls.

BSNL has recently announced a hike in select broadband plans in UP East circle. BSNL is completely restructuring itself to revive its operations in India and turn its profitability charts around which have been registering a year on year decline since 2009. BSNL has launched pioneer schemes like Pan India roaming free for its wireless subscribers and Night time calling free for its landline subscribers, as a result of which the company added 16 lakh new customers in July and 15 lakh in August 2015.

i truely belive bsnl employs too many dumb employee’s in their planning division.. they dont understand the meaning of FUP… the company should be closed now. World is moving towards 10-15mbps and they are offering 1gb of 2mbps data.

There is nothing wrong if BSNL gives true unlimited 4 Mbps download (with true 2 Mbps upload) plan for Rs.1500 per month.
