BSNL Revised 5 STVs in Andhra Pradesh Circle

India's state owned telecommunications company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has revised five circle specific special tariff vouchers in Andhra Pradesh Telecom circle for prepaid GSM customers.
