Taiwanese manufacturer Asus is all prepped up for the launch of its latest Zenfone 6 series. The smartphone giant has already revealed that it will be debuting the series on May 16 in Valencia, Spain. Besides the standard Asus Zenfone 6, the brand is also going to be launching another device, the Zenfone 6Z. To recall, last year, the Asus Zenfone flagship was named the Asus Zenfone 5Z and as such this device is expected to take the moniker forward. As per the information available, the Asus Zenfone 6Z will sport triple rear camera setup, and also an in-screen fingerprint sensor. In this latest update, Asus has released a teaser for this new phone thus revealing how it’s going to look like from the front.

Asus Zenfone 6 Teaser Details
Some of the rumours about the Asus Zenfone 6 series had said that it would come with a notch or a punch-hole style front camera setup, however, Asus has taken a different approach to the design of this smartphone and has ditched the notch most probably in favour of the pop-up selfie camera. Also, another report about the Asus Zenfone 6 had claimed that it was entirely possible that Asus would use the slider mechanism to house the camera on the Asus Zenfone 6 5G version.
It is worth noting that the new teaser from Asus is pretty minimalistic and does not give away a lot except for the tagline “Defy Ordinary”. In addition to this, the major takeaway from the teaser video is the bezel-less display design of the upcoming Asus Zenfone 6. Another report had highlighted previously that the Asus Zenfone 6 has already received FCC certification. On the rear side, the phone packs a dual camera setup with the primary sensor being a 48MP one. There have also been talks about the Asus Zenfone 6 coming with 18W fast charging.
