Apple, the Cupertino tech giant is reportedly working on a foldable iPad. Apple's foldable iPad will unfold into the size of a product that will look something like two iPad Pros sitting next to each other. This means users will get a giant iPad on their hands. The folded version would be smaller, but the unfolded one would be super big in size, rivalling computer screens and laptops. But the product is not going to launch anytime soon. Mark Gurman from Bloomberg wrote in his latest edition of the Power On newsletter that Apple will launch this new tablet in 2028. That is years away even as we approach 2025.

A noteworthy thing which Mark mentioned in his newsletter was Apple working on achieving a nearly invisible crease on its foldable. At present, that feat has been achieved by OnePlus on the OnePlus Open. However, this is not the case with Samsung foldables. Even after generations of foldable devices, one area where Samsung has fallen short is getting rid of the visibility of the crease.
Apple is also working on a foldable iPhone. That is expected to launch no sooner than 2026, states Gurman. Next year, Apple is also expected to bring a thinner version of the iPhone with the iPhone 17 series. The name of this device is iPhone 17 Air, or at least that's what the internet is calling it. Apple's iPhone 17 series will launch in 2025.

The iPhone 17 Air is expected to be priced lower than the Pro models. Earlier, it was said that the iPhone 17 Air would cost more than the Pro models. So what's true, what's not, we don't know. But we have a high expectation from the brand to launch a slim iPhone, given that Samsung also plans to launch a slim device in the S25 series somewhere in mid-2025.
